Description
ROS notification_urls lists callback URLs that receive stack events through HTTP POST. Without callbacks, creation and update status is not delivered through that channel.
Potential impact
Without other monitoring, deployment failures or unexpected status changes may be noticed late.
Remediation
Specify an operationally managed HTTP POST receiver and verify event delivery. Terraform recreates the stack when this value changes, so review the apply plan.
Examples
The ROS template excerpt shows only its format version. Set notification_url to an actual callback URL that accepts HTTP POST.
